Program Expansion:
2007-current:  Dancing Classrooms (American Ballroom Theater)
Ross is leading the development of a national/international network of organizations that provide Dancing Classrooms to 5th & 8th grade children.  Featured in the documentary Mad Hot Ballroom Dancing Classrooms utilizes ballroom dancing as a social development tool (ppt by Ross):  click here to view National Network overview 
            
Strategic Planning:
2006-2008:  Tarrant County Youth Collaboration.
As the Executive Director of TCYC, Ross created and facilitated a Social Capital Task Force to refocus this 24 year old organization.  In October 2005, Ross provided an overview of the plan (ppt by Ross): click here to view 2005 Overview.  In December 2006, Ross provided an update on implementation of the plan: click here to view TCYC 2006 report 
            
Community Collaboration Management, Program Design & Implementation:
2004-2007:  Building Connections - Building Community (through TCYC):  
Building Connections - Building Community (BC2) was a federally funded Child Abuse & Neglect prevention project.  Early results indicated that the program design had a major impact on child abuse & neglect issues in the target area.  Ross led the design and implementation of the BC2 model (ppt by Ross): click here to see BC2 History

2003-2007:  Children's Neighborhood Network (through TCYC): 
The Children's Neighborhood Network concept began in the Partnership For Children.  In 2004, TCYC, under Ross' leadership, began to implement a pilot version of the CNN: click here to read CNN Overview  By 2007 the CNN model was being successfully replicated in a variety of settings (ppt by Ross): click here to view CNN results

1999-2004:  The Partnership For Children: 

Ross was a founding member, Chairperson and finally Coordinator for this early childhood collaboration.  Ross partnered with the University of Dallas to create the PFC  2003-2004 Strategic Plan; Ross authored the document:  click here for Partnership For Children strategic plan

The PFC partnered with the Mental Health Connection to evaluate Early Childhood Mental Health in Tarrant County, Texas.  Ross co-chaired the committee responsible for issuing the report; he authored the document: click here to view ECMH report  
          
Strategic Planning:
2003-2004:  NETCARE program 
NETCARE was a Fort Worth child abuse & neglect program that was foundering.  Ross and another community consultant (Linda Fulmer) were tasked to convene all of the partners and determine a plan forward.  Ross facilitated the strategic planning process, Fulmer lindafulmer@sbcglobal.net authored the document (ppt by Ross): click here to view NETCARE business plan  
            
Community Collaboration Management:
2001-2002:Texas Office of Early Childhood Coordination: 
Ross served as Vice President for Advocacy for a Fort Worth organization focusing on early childhood development.  He built a state-wide collaboration of organizations to encourage then State Senator Mike Moncrief to create the Texas Office of Early Childhood Coordination.  The bill passed to create the OECC (ppt by Ross):  click here to view the OECC history ;  Ross' testimony to the Texas Senate: Senate Testimony

Community Collaboration Management:
1999-2000:  Violence as Entertainment Task Force
After the Columbine incident and the reports that the shooters had been heavy consumers of violent video games, Ross began and led a community process to explore Violence as Entertainment.  This process culminated in a series of recommendations for the community.  Ross was Chairperson of the Task Force and author of the report: click here read Violence As Entertainment report
