Classrooms (American Ballroom Theater) Ross
is leading the development of a national/international network of organizations that provide Dancing Classrooms to

Planning: 2006-2008: Tarrant County
Youth Collaboration. As the Executive Director of
TCYC, Ross created and facilitated a Social Capital Task Force to refocus this 24 year

Building
Connections - Building Community (BC2) was a federally funded Child Abuse & Neglect prevention project. Early
results indicated that the program design had a major impact on child abuse & neglect issues in the target area.

The City of North Richland
Hills, Texas, Police Department was a key partner in the BC2 project. In early 2008 they submitted BC2 to
the International Association of Chiefs of Police for recognition: click here to see NRH PD overview The

2003-2007:
Children's Neighborhood Network (through TCYC): The Children's Neighborhood Network concept began in the
Partnership For Children. In 2004, TCYC, under Ross' leadership, began to implement a pilot version of
the

The Partnership For Children: Ross
was a founding member, Chairperson and finally Coordinator for this early childhood collaboration. Ross partnered with the University
of Dallas to create the PFC

The PFC partnered with the Mental Health
Connection to evaluate Early Childhood Mental Health in Tarrant County, Texas. Ross co-chaired the
committee responsible

Strategic Planning: 2003-2004: NETCARE program NETCARE was a Fort Worth child abuse
& neglect program that was foundering. Ross and another community consultant (Linda Fulmer) were tasked to convene

Community Collaboration Management: 2001-2002:Texas Office of Early Childhood Coordination:
Ross served as Vice President for Advocacy for a Fort Worth organization focusing
on early childhood development. He built a state-wide collaboration of organizations to encourage then State Senator Mike Moncrief to create
the Texas Office of Early Childhood Coordination. The bill passed to create the OECC (ppt by Ross): click here to view the OECC history ; Ross' testimony to the Texas Senate: Senate Testimony Community Collaboration Management: 1999-2000: Violence as Entertainment Task Force After the Columbine incident and the reports that the shooters had been heavy consumers of violent video
games, Ross began and led a community process to explore Violence as Entertainment. This process culminated
